Switzerland has already gained significant experience with the initial steps toward implementing the value agenda. What role can Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) and, ultimately, Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) play in promoting patient-centricity in an ideal hospital setting? Additionally, the University Hospital Basel has accumulated its own experiences in the implementation and utilization of PRMs. The seminar promises not only to provide answers but also to stimulate engaging discussions around these critical topics.
